Who We Are
Lisa Dundon
Lisa provides direction and management for the team, and serves as the senior instructional designer for the group. She has over ten years experience designing and building online educational media. Her career in the area of online teaching and training began at The CBORD Group with the development of online help systems and multimedia tutorials and continued at eCornell and Cornell University with the development of Web-based courses. Lisa has degrees in cognitive psychology, physics, and mathematics. She formed Ithaca Content Architecture and Design in 2005.
Dennis Charsky
With expertise in the areas of web design, visual literacy, simulations, games, instructional design, and e-learning, Dennis provides instructional design leadership on numerous team projects. Dennis has a doctorate in Educational Technology and holds a position as assistant professor at Ithaca College, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate course in the field of instructional design and technology.
Rhian Ellis
Rhian is a content developer and instructional designer. With her background in writing, teaching, and editing, she brings to the table strong writing skills and a familiarity with the needs of learners at all levels. She has earned degrees in writing from Oberlin College and the University of Montana, worked as an elementary school teacher in rural Louisiana with Teach for America, taught writing at Ithaca College, and has published novels, short fiction, and non-fiction.
Mario Hernandez
Mario is ICAD's senior editor. He is a lecturer in English at SUNY Cortland and has collaborated for many years with members of the ICAD team.
Tim Perry
Tim contributes web programming and design, user-interface production, database integration, publishing, and editing to a variety of ICAD projects. He has fifteen years of experience in web and printed media and brings a unique skill set to the group with degrees in graphic design, astrophysics, and philosophy. Tim also edits and publishes herpetological monographs for the Society for the Study of Amphibians and Reptiles, as well as practices photography and audio engineering.

Becky Lane provides videography services and consults in the areas of media production, instruction, and content development. Before forming the Lane Media Group, Ms. Lane served as the online media producer and book acquisitions editor for the Women's Sports Foundation.

Brenda Rusch
Copyeditor Brenda Rusch is a trusted partner in content development. She graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BA in English & Writing and has been a professional copyeditor and proofreader for over ten years. She was employed by the Golub Corporation and the New York State Bar Association. Since 2007, Ms. Rusch has owned her own copyediting and proofreading business.
